Happy December everyone! It might be the most wonderful time of the year but it’s still hitting 80 everyday around here haha. At least the beautiful Disney holiday decorations help get in the spirit of the season. Recently we ventured over to Disney Springs to try Paddlefish for the first time and we are so glad we did! This past weekend I went home for a family wedding and had the opportunity to visit one of my favorite places in the whole world (besides Disney of course), Terrain! Located in Glen Mills, PA, Terrain was always one of my favorite afternoon haunts from my Philly days, it’s a shop and cafe and just one of the absolutely most beautiful, inspiring spaces I know. Here’s a look at the shop, our lunch, and why I love this place so much! Warning- prepare for picture overload because I couldn’t help myself haha! Continue reading

I’ve been going to Epcot’s Food and Wine Festival nearly my whole life but yesterday I had the chance to go to my first ever special event! Haha! Anyway, last week we hit Olivia’s Cafe for breakfast for the first time and I wanted to share all the yum with y’all! Continue reading

Guys I took the plunge and did what 10-year-old me said I would never do… I went to Universal! Now, putting 10 year old Katie’s prejudices (let’s call them loyalties) aside, I had a great time and hope to go back (especially considering we swung for the AP haha) but I thought it would be fun to share some of my first impressions and thoughts! If you’re a Universal PRO I’d love tips and ideas so let me know some in the comments and if you’re on the fence like I’ve been my whole life I hope this gives you some ideas of what to expect from a first timer perspective!
